Primary Responsibilities

• Defining projects and deliverables by developing project plan and timeline
• Coordinating the efforts with project team members
• Managing the project timeline
• Planning team meetings
• Keeping records of agreements, deliverables, and outstanding issues
• Defining and managing quality control of the project deliverables
• Acting as liaison between Network Operation, Engineering and Client Services
• Working with the VP, of Network Operations day to day tasks, tickets, projects.
• Manage purchasing processes and systems for data centers.
• Overall responsibility of content management system (Based in Drupal).

Additional Job Functions:

• Help establish time-lines for projects
• Communicate the project plan to the organization and to all project team members
• Modify the work plan as necessary throughout the life of the project
• Facilitate the production of written project deliverables by collaborating with Vendors, Engineering, and Client Services.
• Provide analytical support to project team members
• Work with Data Centers on contracts, expansion, general work requests (sometimes requires on-site visit to Data Centers)
• Assist VP of Network Operations in miscellaneous tasks
• Proactive approach to work with minimum supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Project Manager candidate must have previous PM experience.
• Three to five years of experience in multi project / multi task environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of standard project management methodologies is required as well as strong Microsoft Project and Excel skill.
• Strong technical skills in web hosting environment enabling you to understand issues and drive solutions

Salary Range: Based on experience
