As a member of Endurance International's Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing our strategic relationships with industry leading technology companies who provide online applications to our small business customers. Endurance International group is one of the largest and fastest growing shared web hosting companies worldwide. This is a role for a detailed oriented individual with strong customer service skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking.
Responsibilities:
- Programmatically manage third party relationships
- Manage on boarding efforts of partners
- Gather requirements associated with platform integration of third party technologies
- Assist Product Managers in developing go to market plans with partners
- Contract and invoice management
- Assist in scoping out partner integration resource requirements
- Act as liaison between partner(s) and other cross functional EIG groups including Marketing, Engineering and Customer Support
- Assume responsibility for responding to partner inquiries
- Evaluate partner technologies
- Manage third party partner relationship program
Requirements:
- BA/BS in business related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience working with a company that sells third party technologies on line (Preferably to SoHo or SMB clients)
- Strong customer service experience
- Comfort with online technology
- Ability to effectively handle day to day tactical requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast moving environment
- A passion for creative thinking
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to occasionally travel to partner locations and industry specific trade events
- Experience with any of the following is a plus; Web Site Building tools, SEO technologies, Ecommerce Technologies.
